By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All products sold by NZ Pre-Loved Leather Bags are authentic pre-loved items unless otherwise stated.

As these are second-hand goods, each item is unique and may display minor signs of previous use. Product descriptions and photographs form part of the product listing, and customers are encouraged to review them carefully before purchasing.

Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We reserve the right to update prices, product availability and website content at any time without notice.

About Our Bags

All bags are pre-loved and may show light signs of previous use. Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, conditioned and photographed before sale. Any noticeable marks, wear, faults or repairs will be shown in the photos and noted in the description. We do not knowingly stock bags with major damage, staining or structural issues. Pricing reflects the condition of each piece. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

At NZ Pre-Loved Leather Bags, we carefully inspect every item before it is listed for sale. As our products are authentic pre-loved items, natural signs of wear may be present and will always be shown in the product photos and described in the listing.

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nzprelovedleatherbags@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused after delivery.
• It must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• We do not offer refunds for minor signs of wear that were clearly shown or described before purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
